Frequently Asked Questions
How does the 120 night trial work?
You can return or exchange a mattress within 120 nights of delivery. Reports describe a minimum break-in period of about 30 nights and one exchange or return per purchase.
What voids the trial?
Stained, unsanitary, or damaged mattresses can't be exchanged or refunded, and removing the law tag can void it. Clearance, floor models, pillows, protectors, and bases are excluded
Is a return free?
Not entirely. A return or processing fee applies, with reports ranging from about $100 to $150, so ask your store about the current amount.
Is delivery free?
Yes. Mattress Firm advertises free delivery on mattress orders, with paid upgrades available for faster or scheduled windows.
