Frequently Asked Questions
How does the rebate work?
You mail your receipt and rebate form within one year of purchase. Allow 6 to 8 weeks for a Rebate Credit Check, which works as a discount on future in-store purchases.
How long do I have to return something?
Most items can be returned within 90 days with a receipt. After 90 days, a receipt return gets in-store credit for the original price.
What doesn't qualify for the rebate?
Deposits, gift cards, KeyMe kiosk purchases, rentals, service plans, delivery charges, and processing fees. The credit also can't be used on MENARDS.COM purchases.
What does an online return cost?
Online orders can be returned within 90 days of receipt, with the return shipping cost deducted from your refund unless the item is defective. Menards' online return policy also lists a 25% restocking fee on merchandise ordered online.
