Frequently Asked Questions
Is shipping free?
Yes. Michele advertises free shipping on all orders with no minimum, and standard delivery runs 3 to 5 business days. Faster options such as two day and next day are available.
Can I cancel or change an order?
No. Michele can't cancel orders once placed, and it can't add items or change personalization on an existing order. You can return it for a refund once it arrives.
How long do I have to return a watch?
30 days, with free return shipping. Return it unworn and in the original packaging to get a refund.
What does the warranty cover?
Reports cite a 2 year warranty on watch components. It doesn't cover everyday wear, scratches, dents, or broken crystals.
