Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use my Rewards during a sale?
Yes, but not with a sale discount code. Murad's dollar off rewards can be redeemed at any time, but they can't be combined with sale codes.
Can I return a product I don't like?
Yes, if you bought directly from Murad. You get a full refund within 60 days of the ship date, but you need an RMA number from customer care first. Original shipping isn't refunded, and salon purchases follow that salon's policy.
Can I use two coupon codes on one order?
No. Murad allows one coupon code per order. Some promotions apply without a code, so you may be able to pair one of those with a code.
