Frequently Asked Questions
What is the return policy?
Most items can be returned within 45 days with packaging, manuals, warranties, and accessories. Refunds cover product value only, and the value of any free shipping you received is deducted.
Is there a restocking fee?
A minimum 15% restocking fee applies to returns that aren't in original condition. Missing packaging or accessories can also bring a return handling charge.
Are there shorter return windows?
Yes. Vintage instruments must come back within 3 days, and stringed instruments priced at $1,999 or more within 10 days. Returned woodwind and brass instruments incur a $10 sanitization fee.
What does the guitar warranty cover?
Every guitar or bass, electric or acoustic, new or Open Box, includes two years of protection against manufacturer defects.
