Drop them off in the original shoe box at any Happy Returns Bar, with more than 2,600 locations nationwide. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Does Naturalizer ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?
P.O. boxes are supported with standard shipping only. Military APO and FPO addresses aren't served.
Can I exchange a defective pair?
No. Naturalizer can't offer exchanges for defective product returns, so those go through the return process instead.
How long does standard delivery take?
Standard shipping arrives in 4 to 6 business days and costs $9.95 on orders under the free shipping minimum. Naturalizer doesn't deliver on weekends or federal holidays.
