Can I exchange an item?
Not directly. Nine West doesn't offer exchanges, so return the item for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery and place a new order.
How long do refunds take?
Mailed returns can take up to 21 days to reach your original payment method. Returns dropped at a Happy Returns Bar can show up within 5 business days.
Is there a return fee?
A $6.95 restocking fee per order is deducted from your refund. Original shipping is non-refundable.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Orders can't be modified. The confirmation email includes a link to cancel, and it works for 30 minutes.
