Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if Noom is not a fit?
Noom Weight refunds cover initial subscription or add on charges when you contact Support within 14 days of the charge date. Renewal charges are not refundable, so cancel before your renewal date.
Why won't my promo code apply?
Your browser may be holding a code entered earlier. Clear cookies and cache or try an incognito window. Only one valid code works per subscription.
Does the discounted price continue when my plan renews?
Promotional pricing usually covers the first charge only, with billing moving to the standard rate afterward. Check the renewal price shown at checkout before you confirm.
Does deleting the app stop my billing?
No. Uninstalling does not cancel anything. Cancel in the app settings or through your Subscription Portal, or the plan keeps renewing.
Is sales tax included in the discounted price?
No. The updated plan price shown after you apply a code is before any applicable sales taxes, so the final charge can be slightly higher.
