Frequently Asked Questions
Is shipping really free on every order?
The site advertises free shipping to the continental US, yet its terms and rates pages still list a $400 minimum. Confirm the shipping line in your cart before paying. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories require a freight quote.
Who handles damage in transit?
The carrier is responsible. Keep all packing materials, call UPS or FedEx for an inspection, and do not send the package back to Only Hangers yourself.
What is the return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of invoice with prior authorization. Items must be new, in the original carton, and sent with a copy of the invoice. A 25% restocking fee applies, and special orders, close outs, and used items are not returnable.
Can I order custom or non stock hangers?
Yes, pricing is provided on request. Special orders need a 50% non refundable deposit and cannot be returned, so confirm sizes and quantities first.
