Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a coupon with Auto Delivery or other sales?
No. The site states that sales and coupons cannot be combined, used on past purchases, or applied alongside existing Auto Delivery discounts. Offers are valid on onlynaturalpet.com only, not in retail stores.
What is the return policy?
Any product can be returned for any reason within 60 days for a refund of the product price. Shipping charges are not refunded, return shipping is your cost, and exchanges are not offered. Start a return through the Contact Us form.
Does Only Natural Pet ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO boxes?
Only the 48 contiguous states are served, so Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and Canada are out. PO boxes within those states are possible but carry extra charges and may arrive more slowly.
Can I spend Loyalty Rewards on an Auto Delivery order?
Not on a current Auto Delivery order. Rewards can go toward any other eligible order, up to the order subtotal, as long as you are logged in at checkout.
Can I change an order after placing it?
No. Orders enter the shipping queue right away and cannot be edited online. You can request a cancellation through the Contact Us form, then place a corrected order. Auto Delivery changes need 24 to 48 hours before the ship date.
