Frequently Asked Questions
Do points and rewards expire?
Points expire 6 months after they're issued, and $5 rewards are valid for 90 days. Use rewards promptly, since a new one won't replace an expired one.
How do I get credit when I dine in?
Identify yourself as a member by giving your server the phone number tied to your account when you pay. For online orders, log in at checkout.
How long does the free Bloomin' Onion last?
It's issued to your wallet within 24 to 48 hours of registering and expires 90 days after that. It covers one item up to $13.49, excluding tax, in restaurant or online.
What counts as a qualified dollar?
Only spending on food and non alcoholic beverages earns points. Alcohol, gift cards, delivery fees, third party delivery and takeout orders, discounts, taxes, and tip are excluded.
Can I use rewards on alcohol?
No. Rewards cover only food and non alcoholic beverages, and there are no partial points or partial redemptions, so plan your order around the reward's full value.
What if my points are missing?
Visit Dine-Rewards.com and click Add Missing Points, or contact the Rewards Service Center at 877-546-7407. Keep your receipt handy so the visit can be matched.
