Frequently Asked Questions
Does Paper Mart still have a rewards program?
No. The points program belonged to the previous operator and ended July 31, 2026. The new Paper Mart plans to launch its own loyalty program later but hasn't yet.
What can't be returned?
Custom and Factory Direct items are final unless defective, and opened food grade packaging isn't accepted. Everything else has 30 days from receipt, with return shipping paid by you and original shipping fees not refunded.
Is there a free shipping minimum?
The shipping page doesn't list one. Cost depends on the method, order weight, and package size, and you see the exact amount before checkout. Remote area surcharges apply to some zip codes.
Who handles a return if I ordered before the ownership change?
Anything ordered before August 28, 2026 goes through Frick Paper, the previous operator. Orders placed on or after that date follow the current 30 day return policy.
