Frequently Asked Questions
Is there still a Papyrus rewards program?
No. The Perks program was discontinued when the stores closed. Papyrus suggests checking its retail partners for ongoing promotions and offers.
Who handles shipping and returns?
The retailer you buy from. Papyrus tells shoppers to follow that seller's order change, shipping, and return rules, which differ from store to store.
Can I use an old Papyrus store gift card?
Not anymore. Cards issued for the closed Papyrus stores can't be redeemed. Gift cards from other retailers that carry Papyrus can be used on Papyrus products there.
Is there one coupon code that works at every Papyrus seller?
No. A code only works at the retailer that issued it, under that retailer's terms. Papyrus is sold by many sellers in the US and Canada, so offers vary by seller.
