How long do I have to return a part?
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days, and every return needs an RMA (return authorization) number. Returns sent without one are not accepted.
What do I need to ship a return back?
Use a carrier with tracking and enter the tracking number in the return system on the Manage Orders page. Without it, PartsGeek says it cannot process the return or issue a credit.
Is overnight or 2 day shipping guaranteed?
No. Choosing it only means the order is shipped by that service. Friday overnight orders arrive Monday because there is no weekend or holiday delivery.
Does PartsGeek charge a restocking fee?
A 20% fee applies to returns for reasons like no longer needed, bought by mistake or ordered wrong, found better price, or shipment refused. It also applies if the tracking number is missing from the RMA or the packaging is damaged.
Can I return electrical parts?
Not once you plug the part in or open, tear, or unseal its plastic or shrink wrap. A part that is damaged or defective within 7 days of arrival is eligible for a refund.
