Frequently Asked Questions
Can I try it risk free?
First-time US customers get a 30-day risk-free guarantee, limited to one per household. Email meow@prettylitter.com within 30 days of the original purchase to ask for a refund.
Is shipping free?
PrettyLitter's help center says orders over $25 to the contiguous US ship free, while smaller orders add a $1.99 handling fee. Alaska, Hawaii, territories, and APO addresses may pay shipping.
Can returning customers send litter back?
Returns are considered within 14 days of confirmed delivery if items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Food and treats can't be returned.
What is the deadline to skip or cancel?
Submit changes by 11:59 p.m. Pacific time, two business days before your next scheduled shipment. Once an order has processed or shipped, it usually can't be stopped.
Do loyalty points expire?
Yes. Points expire two years after they are earned, and any unused points are lost if the subscription is canceled.
