Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a bottle I changed my mind about?
No. All sales are final and ReserveBar does not accept returns on alcohol. If an order arrives damaged, contact support right away with photos and a description, and the fulfilling retailer decides whether to replace or refund it.
What are the limits on Top Shelf delivery perks?
Free shipping applies only to orders placed directly with ReserveBar, and two hour delivery is offered only where the service is available, so some addresses will not qualify.
What if my order is declined or never arrives?
Any charge is credited back in full. An order is not accepted until a licensed retailer ships it, and that retailer can decline it for any reason. Report a package that never arrives within 30 days of the shipping email.
Can ReserveBar deliver to my state?
Not always. Buyers must be 21 or older, and both the state where the order is placed and the delivery state must permit the sale and delivery of alcohol.
