Frequently Asked Questions
Are Sanrio sale items returnable?
No. All discounted merchandise is final sale, as are customized items and gift sets marked final sale. Pierced earrings, body piercing jewelry, and intimate apparel are excluded for hygiene reasons.
What happens to a free gift if I return the order?
Send the gift back in its original condition and packaging with the return. Otherwise, its full retail price is deducted from your refund.
How long do I have to return a Sanrio order?
You have 30 days from receipt, with items in original condition and packaging. Once the Returns Center authorizes it, a prepaid shipping label arrives by email.
How fast are refunds issued?
Sanrio issues the refund within 7 days of receiving your return, to the original payment method. Credit card statements can take another 2 to 10 business days to reflect it.
