Frequently Asked Questions
How much does Scentbird cost after the first month?
After the $8.97 first month, the plan renews at $17.95 per month for one 8mL fragrance, with free US shipping on subscriptions.
Do I get a refund if I cancel after being billed?
No. Canceling stops future payments, but the current period is already paid and the final fragrance still ships.
Can I pause instead of canceling?
Yes. You can skip one, two, or three months without losing your account, queue, or scent preferences.
When do I need to cancel to avoid the next charge?
Cancel at least one full day before your renewal date. Your next billing date appears in your subscription settings.
Can I cancel a 3, 6, or 12 month plan early?
No. Prepaid multi-month plans cannot be canceled mid-term for a refund. Canceling only stops renewal once the prepaid term ends.
