Frequently Asked Questions
Does Schick still offer a subscription?
No. Subscribe & Shave was discontinued on January 25, 2024. Amazon runs its own Subscribe & Save program for some Schick products.
Can I change an order after I place it?
No. Once submitted, orders can't be changed or canceled, so confirm that your discount applied before you pay.
Does the email offer apply to every product?
It's a first-order offer described as valid on individual items on Schick.com, so the terms may carve out other products. Read the fine print at sign-up.
Can I return a razor I don't like?
Schick.com doesn't take returns, but if you're unhappy for any reason, contact customer service within 45 days of purchase. You may have coverage under the satisfaction guarantee.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days, or 5 to 11 to PO boxes. Orders placed after 12pm Friday or on weekends are processed the next business day.
