Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an order?
You have 30 days from receiving your order, with items in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and hangtags attached. An RMA number is required, and for the 2026 holiday season RMAs can be requested through Jan. 5, 2027.
Which items cannot be returned?
Outlet items and anything marked All Sales Final are excluded, along with gift boxes and the SCOTTeMASK. Underwear removed from its packaging cannot be returned either.
Do SeVIP points expire?
Yes. Unused points expire 1 year after they are earned. Tiers expire at the end of the following calendar year if there is no earning or spending activity.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay to send returns back to the warehouse. On US exchanges, you cover the return shipping and SCOTTeVEST sends the replacement by ground shipping at no cost.
Can I return an order placed with a promo code?
Yes. Orders placed with a promo code can be returned or exchanged unless the code was marked final sale.
