Frequently Asked Questions
What is the free shipping minimum?
Orders over $49 ship free to any address in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, APO or military addresses, and international orders are excluded.
How do I claim the price guarantee?
Email customer service with your original order number if the price drops within 30 calendar days. The sale must still be active when you ask, and SCG issues the difference as store credit.
Can I exchange a machine that does not fit my needs?
Yes. SCG exchanges defective products, and its coffee experts can help you swap a machine for one that fits better.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from purchase to return an eligible item for any reason, in like new condition. The refund is the full price less shipping and handling fees.
Which purchases are excluded from the price guarantee?
Consumables such as coffee, Open Box and Refurbished items, and bundled item sales are excluded. So are price drops lasting 72 hours or fewer and no tax promotions.
