Frequently Asked Questions
Does Selfridges ship to the US?
Yes. It delivers to more than 130 countries and regions, including North America. Availability can vary by product, especially for items with shipping restrictions.
How long do I have to return an order?
Tell Selfridges within 14 days of receiving your order, then you have a further 14 days to send it back. Returns go through the returns portal, which arranges a complimentary courier.
Do I get delivery and duties back on a return?
For non-EU orders, the terms say the original delivery charge and any local customs duties paid at checkout are not refunded. Some countries permit duty refunds on returned items.
Will I owe duties when the package arrives?
Taxes, duties, and fees are added to your order at checkout and paid on your behalf to the local customs authorities where possible. The price can change at checkout depending on your delivery country.
Which items have their own return rules?
A few brands set their own terms, including Prada excluding beauty and sunglasses, Christian Louboutin, and some fine jewellery boutiques. Hampers can't be returned.
