Do Shutterstock promo codes apply when my plan renews?
Generally no. Codes are aimed at new subscribers placing a first order, and nothing new can be added at renewal checkout, so the discount does not carry into later billing periods.
Why did my code fail at checkout?
Offset, Enhanced License, and Enterprise items are commonly left out of promo codes. Existing paying accounts are also often ineligible, so remove those items and try again with a new account or pack.
Can I get a refund after buying?
Generally not. Shutterstock does not refund purchases once payment goes through, and the 14 day refund window applies only to customers in the EU and UK.
What does it cost to cancel an annual plan early?
An annual plan billed monthly carries a fee of 50% of the remaining subscription cost. Monthly plans without a commitment, and annual plans paid upfront, can be canceled to stop renewal.
