Frequently Asked Questions
Does spending $89 automatically make shipping free?
Not on its own. Listed standard rates are $9.99 under $89 and $14.99 at $89 and over, so free standard shipping depends on an active promotion. Oversized items carry surcharges even when free shipping applies.
What does a mail in refund cost?
A 8.99fee(12.99 for Alaska and Hawaii) covers return shipping, and original shipping is not refunded. Taking an online order to an open Sierra store within 40 days avoids mailing it back.
Is shipping to Alaska and Hawaii more expensive?
Yes. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories add $5.00 to each listed shipping rate, and truck delivery items are not available there.
How long do I have to return an online order?
Online orders can be returned within 40 days of the order date, or 30 days for in store purchases. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with hangtags and original packaging where possible.
How do exchanges work online?
Process the exchange online to get Instant Store Credit, then order the replacement right away. Return shipping is $2.95, and the new order ships for $2.95 within the contiguous 48 states.
