Frequently Asked Questions
Do Soma coupons work on clearance items?
Generally no. Soma's offer terms exclude clearance and final sale merchandise, gift cards, taxes, and shipping, and promotions typically can't be combined with other coupons.
How long do I have to return something?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 60 days of purchase, except final sale items and gift cards. Full price bras can be returned for any reason, even if worn or washed.
Can I get a price adjustment if an item goes on sale?
Soma adjusts a price once if it drops within 14 days, but only for in-store purchases with your original receipt. Online and catalog purchases don't qualify, and final sale items are excluded.
When is shipping free at Soma?
Full price bras ship free automatically. Other orders need VIP status in Soma My Rewards for free shipping at $50, or the Soma credit card, which has no minimum. Free standard shipping covers the continental U.S. only.
Does returning by mail cost anything?
Mailed returns have $7.00 deducted from the refund for processing, though full price bras are promoted with free returns. Online orders can also go back to most Soma boutiques, excluding outlets.
