Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a Sorel return cost?
You have 60 days from purchase to return unworn items with tags and the original box. A flat $6 UPS label fee comes out of your refund.
Can I swap for a different size?
No. Sorel does not do direct exchanges. Return the original for a refund, then place a new order for the size you want.
What are the limits on the welcome shipping code?
It is single use and expires 30 days after signup. It cannot be combined with other offers, used in stores, or applied to gift cards or taxes.
What happens to my discount if I return one item?
Any discount is prorated across the items in the order by price. You get back what you paid for that item, not its list price.
