Frequently Asked Questions
Does the first reservation code work on the website?
No. It is app only, single use, and excludes monthly parking and SpotHero for Business reservations.
What if my spot isn't available when I arrive?
SpotHero's Parking Guarantee promises a spot at the price you paid or your money back. Contact customer support right away to sort out a refund or replacement.
Can I cancel and get my money back?
Most reservations can be canceled up to the minute they start for a full refund, with some exceptions. Bookings paid with a pre-tax card are refunded to that card, not as SpotHero credit.
Can I stack two promo codes on one booking?
No. Only one promo code applies per reservation, so choose the one with the biggest savings for that booking.
