Why doesn't my phone qualify for StraightSAVINGS!?
The phone must be compatible, unlocked, and not activated on Straight Talk in the past 12 months. It also requires a new line, and you must stay on an eligible device for your first 12 months.
Where do I claim a free phone offer?
Activate in store at Walmart, or buy the phone with an eligible plan on straighttalk.com. Offers are limited to two phones per customer, exclude family plans, and end when supplies run out.
Can I turn Rewards points into cash?
No. Points have no cash value and can't be transferred. They apply toward an eligible plan once you reach the required total.
Can StraightSAVINGS! be combined with other offers?
No. That plan can't be combined with other offers, and the device credit requires a Straight Talk Rewards membership after 12 months of active service.
Does every plan include Walmart+?
No. Only Gold and Platinum Unlimited include it, and it ends if you leave an eligible plan. There is one membership per eligible account.
