Frequently Asked Questions
Are Tello promo codes only for new customers?
Many are. Some codes apply to new lines only, and the student offer is for new users. Existing customers can still use referral credit.
Can the student discount go toward a phone?
No. It works once, on one plan, and cannot be applied to phones or other plans. A phone you bring must be unlocked, free of contract, and Tello compatible.
Is there an activation fee, and can I cancel anytime?
There is no activation fee for new or returning customers. You can cancel without penalty as long as you do it before your billing cycle starts.
What happens when an introductory price ends?
Some promos, like limited time back to school plans, discount only the first three months. Plans can be adjusted month to month, so you can move to a cheaper one.
