Frequently Asked Questions
Will I pay import duties on a US order?
No. US prices include taxes and duties, and orders ship duty paid. Shipments over $800 need formal customs clearance, and customs may ask for a tax ID number, which can slow delivery.
Can I exchange an item or return it at a boutique?
Exchanges are not available, and online orders cannot be returned at the Como boutiques. Returns must ship from the country where the order was delivered.
What is the Croissant buyback?
A US only program where Croissant guarantees to buy back certain eligible items. It must be chosen at checkout, since orders cannot be amended afterward, and Croissant handles valuation and payout.
How long do I have to return something?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery, then ship it back within 14 days of the authorization email. The label is prepaid, but refunds exclude the original shipping charge.
Is there a warranty?
Most items carry a 24 month warranty, excluding the Vintage selection. Tessabit passes claims to the brand, which covers manufacturing defects only, not normal wear.
