Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use more than one rewards coupon on an order?
Online, only one reward coupon works within a 4 hour window per account. In the restaurant, multiple rewards coupons and offers can be used together.
Do Fridays Rewards points expire?
Points stay active with annual account activity, and about 12 months of inactivity can wipe them out. Rewards you redeem also carry their own expiration, so check the date in the app.
Does the free appetizer require a purchase?
Yes. It is redeemed with the purchase of an entree, so it is not a standalone freebie. You can join on the website or in the app.
Do third party delivery orders earn points?
No. Orders placed through providers like Uber Eats or DoorDash do not earn points. Order through the Fridays app or website to collect them.
