Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine the welcome code with other offers?
No. The 10% welcome code is single use, limited to first-time customers who create an account and sign up for email, and cannot be combined with other promotional discounts.
Who pays for return shipping?
You do. The Ordinary does not provide or cover return labels, though returns to any DECIEM store in the same country as your purchase are accepted. Refunds go to the original payment method.
What is The Ordinary's return window?
You have 365 days from purchase to return products that are at least 50% full. Boxed sets must be returned in full, and shipping fees and Final Sale items are not refundable.
Does the welcome code work on NIOD products?
No. NIOD runs its own 15% welcome offer for new email subscribers, and that code can only be used on NIOD products.
