Can I use a promo code on a Pay Later reservation?
No. Coupons aren't accepted on Pay Later bookings at the time of booking and can only apply at exit to overstay days. Choose Pay Now if you want to use a code.
Can I stack two promo codes?
No. The highest available discount at the time of booking is applied automatically, and discounts can't be combined.
Does my coupon cover extra days if I stay longer?
No. Coupons can't be applied to days past your reserved period, and additional days are charged at the drive up rate shown when you enter.
Do coupons work on Basic parking or at partner locations?
No. Basic Pay Now reservations accept no coupons and earn no Spot Club points, and Partner Locations don't accept coupons either.
Can I cancel a Pay Now reservation?
Standard Pay Now bookings are non-refundable. Pay Now Flex, offered for Standard and Premium parking, can be canceled up to one hour before check in for a Travel Credit that expires six months after the booking date.
