Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return something?
Thirty days from the package order date online or the store purchase date. Holiday purchases made October through December are accepted for 30 days or through January 15, whichever is later.
Will I get a refund or store credit?
Full price items are refunded to the original payment method. Sale merchandise and purchases made with a gift card are refunded as Tillys store credit. Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Can I exchange an online order?
Not directly. Return the item and place a new order, or exchange it at a Tillys store.
What is final sale?
Jewelry, underwear, cosmetics, candy, clearance promotions marked with a red tag or price, and donations cannot be returned.
Do returns cost anything?
In store returns of online orders are free. Creating a return label to mail an item back carries a fee.
