Frequently Asked Questions
Does a tire rebate lower my checkout total?
No. Rebates are paid after purchase by mail or online, and Tire Rack says to allow up to 12 weeks. The redemption form comes by mail to your billing address.
Can I return tires after they've been mounted?
No. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, but only for unused product that hasn't been driven on. Wheels can't have tires mounted.
Will a backordered tire still qualify for a promotion?
Usually not. Most offers cover only in stock items that are ordered and shipped within the promotion dates, with some exceptions.
Can I return an order I picked up in person?
Only on the same day for an immediate return or exchange. After that, a returns specialist must review it, and credit takes 2 to 3 business days.
