Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the warranty?
One year from the date of purchase, or two years for ROCCAT branded products and Turtle Beach Elite headsets. Refurbished or recertified products carry a 90 day warranty, and the warranty is nontransferable.
Who pays shipping on a warranty claim?
You pay to ship the product to the service location, and Turtle Beach pays the return shipment. You need an RMA number first, and packages without one are refused.
Does Turtle Beach honor retail extended warranties?
No. Extended warranties or service plans bought through a retail store are not honored, and Turtle Beach points to Extend for extended coverage.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, with repair or replacement of defective components rather than a refund, exchange, or upgrade. Damage from drops, abuse, or accidents is not covered.
What is the return policy for store purchases?
Products bought on TurtleBeach.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email customer service for an RMA number, and you pay return shipping unless the product is defective or the order was wrong.
