Frequently Asked Questions
What is the refund policy?
Most attraction tickets can be refunded within 365 days of purchase, minus a 5% fee that covers delivery, handling, and payment processing. The ticket must not have passed its selected start date.
Are all tickets refundable?
Not always. Unless the ticket description says otherwise, the standard policy applies, but any ticket no longer sold on the site is non refundable.
What voids the refund?
Changing the ticket through Disney Guest Services or My Disney Experience makes it ineligible, as does activating it by entering the park. Expired tickets are not refundable.
What if concert or sports tickets are not what I ordered?
Notify Undercover Tourist within 48 hours of receiving them. After that, you may not be eligible for a refund based on the accuracy of the tickets.
