Are Universal Studios Hollywood passes refundable?
No. Passes such as the California Neighbor Pass are nonrefundable, nontransferable, and nonexchangeable. Tickets from resellers follow the reseller's own refund terms.
Do annual passes have payment plans?
Yes. Gold at $299 and Platinum at $599 can be paid monthly, at $11 and $29 a month after a down payment, with 0% APR.
Is there a discount for friends and family?
Annual and Season Pass holders get discounts on general admission tickets for friends and family.
What does Universal Express include?
One time express access per day to each participating ride, attraction, and seated show, plus 1-Day General Admission. Fast & Furious: Hollywood Drift is excluded.
Does the California Neighbor Pass need activation?
Yes. Select your first visit date and activate the pass online before arrival. It is valid for 9 months from that date, and blackout dates apply on return visits.
