Frequently Asked Questions
Does UPPAbaby ship for free?
Standard ground shipping is free on uppababy.com orders to the 49 continental states, Hawaii, and D.C. P.O. boxes and APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are excluded, and orders ship 2 to 3 business days after processing.
What condition must items be in to return?
New and unused, with all parts, accessories, manuals, product tags, and original UPPAbaby packaging. Accessories and replacement parts must be returned in a separate box or package.
Do I need approval before returning something?
Yes. Items returned without prior authorization from UPPAbaby will not be accepted for a refund. Contact Customer Experience or visit a Hub Service Center & Showroom to start.
Are shipping charges refunded?
No. Shipping charges are not refundable on returns.
Will a retailer offer a lower price than UPPAbaby?
Usually not. UPPAbaby coordinates pricing across authorized retailers, so compare shipping, return terms, and registry perks instead of list price.
