Frequently Asked Questions
Does UPrinting have promo codes?
Not at the moment, according to its own help center. If you find a code elsewhere, test it at checkout and compare against the regular price before counting on it.
Can I exchange or return an order?
UPrinting doesn't do exchanges. Defective items are reprinted at no cost, and lost orders of $250 or less get a free reprint. Typos and other customer errors aren't covered.
How long do I have to report a problem with my order?
Contact customer service within 3 calendar days of delivery. Complaints after that may not qualify for a reprint or refund.
Can I cancel and get my money back?
Only before your order enters production. The refund is 100% if you paid less than a month ago, then shrinks over time and reaches zero after five months.
