Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost to send something back?
The prepaid return label costs $7.95, or $9.95 for AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, TX, UT, WA, and WY. The fee comes out of your refund. You can skip it by mailing the package with your own carrier and paying that postage yourself.
Can free shipping go to any address?
Free standard shipping starts above $75. Items shipped directly from a supplier go by standard shipping only, to street addresses in the contiguous U.S., so those cannot be sent to a PO box.
Do any items need special handling before a return?
Contact customer service before sending back food, personal care items, or anything with broken glass. Mailed returns can take up to two to three weeks to process.
Can I get a replacement before my return arrives?
Yes. Call (802) 776-5644 and they can ship the exchange now with the shipping fee waived. Your credit posts once the return is processed, and the return label charge still applies.
What kinds of returns get refused?
Items that look well worn, stained, or damaged by misuse can be declined. So can products from other brands not affiliated with the store, and cases of repeated return abuse.
