Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the return window?
You have 60 days from purchase on Vitamix.com for a full refund, and Vitamix pays return shipping. You need a return authorization number first.
Can I return a blender bought at a retailer?
No. Vitamix does not accept returns of products bought from retail stores or other websites, so use the seller's return policy.
Is shipping free?
Vitamix lists free shipping on all blenders and containers when you buy direct.
What if I return after 60 days?
A restocking fee applies, 15% of the purchase price from day 61 to 90, and you pay return shipping.
How long is the warranty?
Up to 10 years on new blenders, covering parts, performance, and return shipping both ways. Certified Reconditioned machines get 3 years on the Explorian Series and 5 years on all others.
