Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 30 days from the purchase date to return it at your expense, in original packaging, using the return form and label that came with the shipment.
How fast are refunds issued?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of Wedgwood receiving the product in original condition.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact Customer Care before returning it, and use a tracked delivery service, since Wedgwood cannot credit packages lost in return shipping without proof of delivery.
Are shipping costs refunded?
No. Shipping costs for the original order and for the return are not refunded.
Do the return rules cover purchases from other retailers?
No. The policy applies only to products bought on Wedgwood.com, not those bought from Wedgwood company stores or dealers.
