Frequently Asked Questions
What does the guarantee cover?
White Flower Farm offers a money back guarantee on every item. Dissatisfied customers may be offered replacements, a credit, or a refund to the original payment method.
How is shipping calculated?
Charges are based on the merchandise total going to each delivery address. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days in transit, and expedited takes 2 to 3.
Can I return an in-store purchase online?
No. Purchases at the Morris, CT store must be replaced or refunded at the store with proof of purchase, and store credit is not accepted on WhiteFlowerFarm.com or phone orders.
Are shipping charges refundable?
No. Shipping charges are not refunded. White Flower Farm credits do not expire, cannot be converted to cash, and cannot be used toward gift certificates.
How long are non-plant items guaranteed?
12 months against defects, including damage in transit. Replacement, credit, or a refund excludes shipping, and White Flower Farm generally requires the item back at your expense, possibly with photos.
