Frequently Asked Questions
How long does access last?
Single term access lasts 5 months and multi term access lasts 12 months. Course materials end when the course concludes, while the eText through Wiley Reader continues for the full license term.
Do registration codes expire?
No. A registration code remains valid until it is used to complete a course registration.
Can I get a refund?
Through the VitalSource store, you can request a refund for an unused WileyPLUS code within 30 days of purchase, or for a used code within 14 days. Canceling deletes all work completed with that code.
What happens to my work after a free trial?
Course pages note that work done in a temporary account transfers to your permanent account once you register with a purchased code.
