Frequently Asked Questions
What if I do not like a bottle?
Wine Access credits your order for any bottle not to your liking, whether it came in a club shipment or from the store.
When is my card charged?
Your credit card is charged once each shipment is ready. You then have time to update your delivery date and address.
Can I stack the club discount with other promotions?
No. The wine club discount cannot be stacked with other promotions, and the higher discount applies.
How much is a club shipment?
The Discovery Club is $150 per shipment, with 6 bottles delivered 4 times a year. Other clubs vary in price.
How do I cancel?
You can pause or cancel anytime. Requests submitted by email can take up to five business days to process, so you may still be charged if you submit one too close to a shipment.
