Frequently Asked Questions
What is the return policy?
Direct purchases have a 30 day money back guarantee, less shipping and any restocking fees. Returns need original packaging and all components, and the refund processes within 3 to 5 business days of arrival.
How long is the warranty?
5 years on WORX Nitro products and 3 years on all other products.
Does free shipping reach Alaska and Hawaii?
No. Free shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or US military addresses, and 56V tools and batteries cannot ship to those areas.
Who pays for return shipping?
Returns must use the WORX return label. WORX's terms say you are responsible for return shipping, and original shipping fees are not refunded.
Can I use more than one coupon code?
No. Only one coupon code may be used per order, and WORX may cancel codes or promotions at any time.
